Nemours is seeking PICU RNs to join our team in Delaware.

Our organization is committed to family-centered care and in our fast-paced, 22-bed PICU unit (state-of-the-art remodel and expansion fall 2010), each child and family collaborates with a multidisciplinary team that works together to optimize patient outcomes. Our facility, with state-of-the-art monitoring and equipment, provides care to children with a variety of illnesses and injuries, including trauma, liver/renal transplant, neurosurgical, oncologic, surgical and respiratory illnesses. Each nurse receives an individualized orientation, including didactic and computer-based learning.

Requirements: 
*1 year critical care experience required. 
*1 year pediatric critical care experience preferred. 
*BSN and DE RN license or eligibility.
